Friday way my youngest anual kingegarten Mother's day tea celebration. I say annual because this kindergarten teacher does this celebration every year with her students and i did it last year with Sara.First the student escorts there mom in to the class room & seats them at a table. Then the student sits next to their mom. After all the moms that show are seated they do the welcoming and hand out homemade paper flower hats.
The moms put on there hats
and then there handed there gifts. a necklace made out of there thumb prints
along with a My Mom is Special paper. They have fill in the blanks wich they tell the teacher what to put down. Her answers are in red

She is special because she watches me play outside and I love her

The kids then servied us Intalian cookie with strawberries and whipcream. it was delious.

What a wonderful, creative idea......I'm sure you had a delghtful time! You know, I still have "mementos" that our son made in kingergarten......he's now 24 years old!!!!!
