A long time ago, when I was young
I met a man, shy was he
I took a fancy to him
There was no escaping me
I spun a web of lacy silk
Teased him with my wiles
He blushed a lot at my forwardness
But his face lit up with smiles
I caught him in my lacy web
There was no way he could get free
He didn't really try too hard
Soon he married me
I've always been that way
Forward and a bit chancy
What I want, is what I get
Whatever suits my fancy
