Royal Wedding Overload

Does anyone else think the Royal Wedding was OVER reported. I mean, did we really have to see every wave and hear six comentators on her dress?

I couldn't even get the local weather for GMA's coverage of the event.

And I thought I would scream when they would point out a facial expression of the groom's and declare that Diana was at the wedding.

I'm part English, in fact, I was born there and had dual citizenship until I was 21. I'm just as invested as the next person. I just think there should be some limit.

Is this what the people really want?

I really think the media thinks this is what people want and since they show it people watch it and want more things like this. Anything that takes away from you life is what the media seems to do.

I am sorry but this royal wedding doesn't effect me one way or another. It is wonderfull that they are getting married but who really cares not me. I have more important things to worry about like the rising cost of gas.

I agree with mom. I mean I saw some of it and I loved her dress but I have other things to worry about. Like how to pay my bills on one income since I can not find a job. People want a break from reality for what was it four hours (God help me if I ever have a wedding that long) but it only takes the problems away for that long. They're sitting right there once it's over.
