I know they say desperate times call for deserate measures, but this one has me baffled... and chuckling.  Just when you think things can't get any weirder...

Well, it said he was trying to give it away so maybe not. I'm guessing he considered it a prank. I laughed when I read that when the police arrived he didn't RUN away, he SKIPPED. lol
