The host of The Bachelor, Chris Harrison, has now thrown out his two cents about the recent rumors surrounding Brad Womack and Emily Maynard. The host first spoke out to help Brad when the man decided to drop his Twitter. However, now his opinion is being asked about the break-up talk and whether or not Brad Womack would be allowed to return to the ABC dating series for a third time.
If things are indeed over between Brad and Emily, Brad will not be asked to return to the series for a third visit. This is straight from Chris Harrison. He said the following, according to From Inside The Box: "I think everyone gave him a long leash to come back and do [his second] one. There were a lot of measures we took to convince our fans that he deserved a second chance, and I don't think he has it in him -- nor do we -- to justify a third go-round. I just don't think it would work."
This isn't the first time Chris Harrison has said this. He told Brad this himself during the After The Rose special. As for all the rumors surrounding the couple, the last he heard from Brad himself was that things were fine, and they were working on things. This was a few weeks ago. He hasn't heard from Brad Womack since the rumors began to hit.
No one really knows what is going on with Brad Womack and Emily Maynard. The only two that know the full story are Brad and Emily themselves. It is clear Brad won't be back for a third season, and if he did return fans might end up shutting the series off. Reaction to him being announced for the second appearance was so negative. Brad had to win viewers over early on to keep them watching. Would you want to watch Brad on The Bachelor again?
