OK alot of you know my husband works for Wal Mart,, and alot I take gruff because their so call bad business. Yet tell me this. Does your work do this for you?
My husband is working temp at another store and thier payroll forgot to get paytime in before Good Friday holiday. So Husband found out on monday he dont get a pay check this week. Not to good for us. We need and depend on it weekly.
So I called his main store, his HR lady called corp and took care of us. The Corp office called me up and said, so sorry for this and will wire the money on friday to our bank plus for our trouble she ask me what I spend on goceries in a month. I told her about $300. OK I am expecting to go the main store he works at and get a Gift card for $300. How cool is that. Tell me how many other store do that wonder if Target does,, I love my Wal mart.

I even "got into trouble" because I made the mistake of listening to a "sister-in-law" (I was dumb to listen to her, as we're not speaking now) and took hubby's prescriptions to Wal-mart.........I got into trouble with our union hall, and almost didn't get reimbursed for the prescriptions.
Now, we have to quit using Wal-mart and go with CVS mail order, as hubby's prescriptions will be 100% free.
Hubby's company has done that before, when there was a paycheck problem.....we got our $$$$ right away.
ABF Freight Lines is one of the best employers/freight lines around. He was very upset that he's had to retire early, as he really wanted to go back to work......however, they have found more aneurysms in his chest!
Anyway, there are always almost as many customers as workers on any given day. But, there are too many of them that, if asked a question even about something in their section of the store they have to call a customer representative to get anything done. Why is this?
Also, my daughter and husband just went there a few hours ago to buy a beta fish. The lady in the fish department was stocking the shelves and my husband was trying to ask a few questions, but she acted like she didn't even hear him. BTW, most of the betas were dead, so they ended up buying a tan colored one that we don't really like the colors of.

I think it bases more on store managers too because the walmart near me is crap my uncle was shot on the clock in their parking lot gettin somethin from his vehicle and they tried to fire him and then give him nothin but a hard time about anything and still are and my uncle will never work again he almost died and can barely still walk after 3 yrs now I do buy alot from them but workin for that store is crap so glad ya'll had a positive stuff happen from them but they are givin him hell still
