Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann took to his blog, FOKÂ News, this morning to announce (some of)Â the details of his new television show.
"IÂ wanted to go somewhere where IÂ could expand on and enlarge upon the work I'd already done,"Â Olbermann said in a video posted on FOK. "A place where journalistic integrity and analytical honesty would never be compromised by corporate synergy, a place where no one would ever proclaim the ultimate dishonesty that balancing a lie for every truth was somehow fair. IÂ found that place in Current TV."
Now, the deets:
When:Â The live show will premier at 8pm Eastern, 5pm Pacific, on Monday, June 20.
What: The show will be called... wait for it... Countdown With Keith Olbermann.
What else:Â "[The show] will have a huge footprint on the net, and, for the first time, significant web-only content, including video."
