Miley Cyrus was spotted braless and shopping at Toluca Lake with a friend of hers. By the way, her friend was wearing a bra. Miley was also decked out in a long sheer jacket/cardigan thing and extremely short black shorts. Cyrus had on knee high leather boots and looked all grown up.

Seriously, the Miley is all grown up. She is officially 18 now so her older fans are now free to stare at her without fear of prosecution. When photos like these surface, those fans will definitely stare. Sometimes the attention celebrities get is unwanted, but that's the life of a hot young celebrity.

Miley Cyrus is only a few weeks away from touring in Europe and South America, so maybe her braless shopping trip was to stock up on bras and outfits for her tour. Then again, maybe Miley just wanted to be free of restrictions for the day. That seems to be the theme of her life recently.
