LSU Head Coach's Sister Ann Browne Dead

Louisiana University coach's sister Ann Browne is dead. LSU head football coach, Les Miles has lost his sister in a horrific automobile accident near Baton Rouge. She was driving a 2007 Nissan Sentra when she tried to merge unto the highway 1 in Lousiana on Friday.

A Dodge Ram pickup truck struck the driver's side door of the Sentra owned by Ann Hope Browne of Zachary. The coroner pronounced Ann Browne dead at the scene. There were two adults and four children in the pickup truck, but they were all uninjured. It is good that everyone onboard the truck were uninjured, but they were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

What a sad thing to happen on Easter weekend. The family of Ann Browne including the LSU coach Les Miles will always remember this Easter weekend with a profound sadness. The sports world and fans of the coach sympathize deeply with the loss of his sister.
