Rumor has it that Jennifer Lopez may be leaving American Idol after season 10. The singer/actress signed on to judge the popular singing competition, and while she has done extraordinarily well, it looks as though she may have her eyes on something bigger and better...her own show.

The couple are teaming up with 'Idol' creator and executive producer Simon Fuller to make the project happen. Apparently the show has been in the works for some time now," PopEater reports.
Although Lopez has done a wonderful job at keeping Idol on the map, she had a pretty hard time with letting contestants go during the auditions. The process was rather grueling, and she can likely do even better on her own (well, with her husband). It doesn't sound like this type of show would be wildly popular in the U.S., but you never know.
