'Hawaii Five-0' 'Ma Ke Kahakai' Sneak Peek: A Hike Turns Dangerous for McGarrett

Hawaii Five-0 is all new this Monday with Ma Ke Kahakai, and while Kono's finding out just what Chin Ho has been hiding from his past, Steve and Danny seem to be taking the day off—but not for long.

While hiking in a remote area of the jungle to see the famed petroglyphs, McGarrett and Danny instead find a homicide victim. Meanwhile, their aunt's failing health leads Kono and Chin Ho to visit home, where Kono finally learns the truth about the scandal that ended her cousin's career with the Honolulu Police Department.

While the promo focuses more on the storyline surrounding Chin Ho's past, the sneak peek (below) of the next Hawaii Five-0 is all about Steve and Danny. It shows Steve looking over the man they find. He's been shot, but there's not much blood. Meanwhile, Danny can't find any signs of a struggle from above, and they deduce that someone dropped him there from a plane or helicopter. Danny takes a picture of the victim before telling Steve to climb back up. Danny takes the slack as Steve starts climbing, and he dislodges a few rocks. However, he continues on until he dislodges a much bigger rock which hits him in the face, causing him to fall back to the ledge. He lands half on it with his head and shoulders hanging off, and he doesn't look like he's going to be getting up that quickly.
