Mom made this for dinner tonight, and it was absolutely amazing! She cooked the chicken with garlic powder and also added a minced clove to the recipe. These steps aren't in the original.
This is her adaptation of the Paula Deen recipe.
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups diced smoked sausage
- 2 cups diced smoked ham
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large pot, cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the chicken, sausage, ham, onions, cheeses and sour cream.
In a separate small pot, dissolve bouillon cubes with hot water and pour over the meat and pasta.
Pour mixture into a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with parmesan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or til hot and bubbling.

We had roasted breast of chicken, with ratatouille (home made), rosemary-roasted new potatoes and green beans.
Aubergines were fairly cheap at my local supermarket, so I bought loads and made a big batch!
We had Mac & Cheese (homemade), broccoli & corn on the cob.
Shannon guess what - bought a tomato plant in a container today it is about 2 1/2 feet tall already & has green tomatoes on it. I am so excited -wish me luck with this, I have never gown tomatoes before.
That is awesome! And tomatoes grow themselves pretty much. I sure hope you post about your experiences/what you make :)
