Beet Kvas

Yield: 1 batch
Slice beet and pour over cold water/ Bring to boil and cook on low heat until done.
Strain beet water into a jar then add vinega & allow to cool down.
Add sugar & yeast then leave to ferment & brew.
In 24 hrs. your kvas will be ready to be served.
3 ea beets
3 l water
1 ts yeast
1 ts Cider vinegar
4 tb sugar
