Production on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn has been delayed due to the tsunami warnings in the area. The cast and crew had been in Vancouver to shoot portions of the upcoming film but were evacuated last Friday.
A spokesperson from Summit Entertainment said, "Due to the tsunami advisory, filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn has been delayed. All cast and crew were evacuated to the movie production's base camp. Everyone is safe and sound."
Fans of Twilight are concerned that these delays will cause bigger problems down the road (such as the film's release being delayed), but once the area is deemed safe, the cast and crew will be able to get back to work. Everyone is safe which is the most important part of this story.
Breaking Dawn fans need not panic, at this point. It's expected that filming will resume within days, something that's not going to push the movie release date back.
