I have actually been trying to avoid the news for the last few days because I have had a lot of panic attacks in recent days, although none yesterday or today, but I came close and managed to keep myself from having them with breathing exercises. Until my white blood count is back to normal I have to have as little stress as possible. I had heard their was an earthquake in Japan but I had to try not to think about it.
Today I went to Weather.com to see what the weather was going to be like for the next few days because my husband's car has been acting up and he wanted to take his motorcycle to work today, it is about 40 degrees and clear and sunny by the way so he took it.
When I was there I could not help but see all the videos about the Earthquake and Sunami. If you want to see them you can go here: Tsunami and Earthquake Videos
Look towards the bottom of the page.
I think a lot of people don't realize what happens in a Tsunami. In order to understand it you might want to watch it. My heart really goes out to these people. As much as I love the ocean I would never live close to one after seeing things like this.
