Miley Cyrus has a new crush. Or rather, she's still crushing on an old crush, and she's taken to sending him "flirty" text messages "non-stop." And who is the lucky guy who seems, at least for the moment, to have captured the former Disney starlet's heart? He's 24-year-old rocker Jared Followill, the bassist of Kings of Leon.  
Miley Cyrus and Jared Followill were spotted getting up close and personal with each other at MTVÂ’s Europe Music Awards on November 7. Now, according to insiders, Billy Ray Cyrus's "little girl" is bombarding Jared with a series of sexy text messages in an attempt to keep him interested. Apparently, it's working. Â
“Miley wants to keep Jared interested,” explains a source. “She often sends him coy text messages. So far, he is a big fan of what she has been sending.”
Not only is Jared a big fan, he's also a loose lipped one. Reportedly, he's been bragging to his friends about Miley's hot texts.Â
“Jared loves showing off his texts from Miley,” laughs the insider. “He thinks she’s very pretty and is excited she’s still flirting with him.”
Miley has known Jared for quite a while, and the two even share the same hometown: Nashville. Furthermore, Miley seems to be putting a lot of time and effort into connecting with him. Too much in fact for just a simple crush.Â
Could Jared Followill be Miley Cyrus's Mr. Right as opposed to just another Mr. Right Now?
