I really want to type a post, but no specific topic is coming to mind! Writers (writer being used loosely) block I guess.

This post is following the same lines as my entire weekend so far, I keep thinking hey I wanna do that! Then start doing it for about 5 minutes and get bored, or forget why I even wanted to do it in the first place.

I thought I wanted to play a couple of video games, so I installed them on my computer. By the time they were installed I didn't feel like playing them. One of them being Oblivion, which I actually got side tracked with downloading mods for. If you have ever played Oblivion or any of the other Elder Scrolls, you know mods are a great part of the game. They add endless replay value to a game that already has literally months worth of content to play through.

I have also been listening to music today, but I can't pick one band to listen to. I am switching back and worth constantly between bands.

I swear I must have a temporary case of ADD or something!

It's hard to stay focused on anything anymore -- where's a sunny beach, an umbrella, and a cool drink when you need one?

Some days are like that. I've done odds & ends so it won't be a totally wasted day--downloaded some software, did some vacuuming, reorganized part of the kitchen, discarded some obsolete mail, put away some laundry, carried out some recycling, started next month's newsletter--no one big project.

I like John's ideas. Pick a few things that you've been avoiding and work on one, two, or five of them for as long as it takes to get bored and then do something else.

You're doing the right thing! Writers say you should just write anything when you are blocked. Wish I could do it....

I have had days like this, that I just couldn't settle myself to one thing. I know what you mean wanting to make a post but not a clue on an idea. good luck

I hate days like that! I've had plenty of them...of course that was all before having kids because now I don't have time! LOL

I honestly never get bored. There is so much more to do today than when I was young, so I never really understand how anyone gets bored these days.
