Taylor Momsen is taking a page out of the Lady Gaga fashion manual, continuing to hit the streets without pants and pushing the limits of what is acceptable for public appearances (especially for a teenager).
The blonde star, 17, currently on leave from Gossip Girl, has been touring with her band, The Pretty Reckless, since November and she's definitely letting that punk-rock attitude influence her style.

y, she was seen strutting around New York City, grabbing coffee in her latest risque fashion statement that has Momsen channeling (dare we say) streetwalker style.
Taylor Momsen braved the brisk NYC temperatures in a leather jacket, sky-high platform combat boots with ripped thigh-high socks, but no pants (although she doesn't pull off the pantsless look nearly as artfully as Lady Gaga).
She has obviously left any inkling of that preppy Gossip Girl, Upper East Side style behind her... far behind her, instead adopting a hardcore, stripped-down wardrobe that might just need a style intervention!
