What's for Supper Ya'll? 3/4

Well folks for supper this evening I have pulled out some chicken. I am not quite sure if I am going to make chicken fajita's or if I will do something else with it. I am leaning more toward the fajita's right now though. I would really love to go out to eat but that is not in the budget!

I ended up making spanish rice, sausage with cheese in them, and hot dogs and the kids had scooby doo mac and cheese.

The Spanish rice and sausage sounds good. I could eat fried onions alllllll dayyyyyy looooonnnnnnnng! I love them!

We had pork chops, tortellini, and california vegetable mix, with lemon cake for dessert. Why do they call it Calfornia mix ?
