?Matt Damon spoke with Piers Morgan in an interview, and he talked about President Obama's first two years in office. Damon supported President Obama in the 2008 Presidential campaign and ran fundraisers for him, but now, he is disappointed as so many other supporters are.
According to the Huffington Post, "Damon said, 'He's doubled down on a lot of things, going back to education... the idea that we're testing kids and we're tying teachers salaries to how kids are performing on tests, that kind of mechanized thinking has nothing to do with higher order. We're training them, not teaching them.'"
Matt Damon like many other Americans now see President Obama as a politician who is a talented orator who promised change, but the change people see is not acceptable. He told people what they wanted to hear, but in reality, he runs the country and has to do what is necessary. "Piers Morgan Tonight" will air 9 PM EST on Thursday night, and you can watch the rest of the interview.
