James Franco, Anne Hathaway Hate Each Other?

A new report claims that James Franco and Anne Hathaway hate each other. Well that would explain the awkward moments the two shared while hosting the Academy Awards on Sunday night. While some blew it off as, "Anne is so nervous" and "Franco must be high," sources are now saying that the co-hosts actually didn't get along.

"She had to provide all the energy -- he was just phoning it in," one source tells Us Weekly, another adding "James seemed in his own little world. Producers were pissed." Naturally reps for the actors were contacted, Franco's saying "this is absolutely not true," and Hathaway's responding, "Anne had a wonderful experience with him."

So is someone just dialing up the drama as a way to explain why the Oscars were so terrible this year? It's possible. Although others say that Franco skipped out on his own Oscar party because he was so furious with how the show turned out. Thoughts?
