Georgian Wine-Marinated Lamb Chops

4 ea Lamb loin chops 6 oz each
3 Tb Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Dry red wine
1 Tb Red wine vinegar
Olive oil as required
Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Place chops in a zip top plastic bag then add your marinade.
Squeeze out as much air as you can then seal bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hrs.
Remove your lamb chops from
Allow your chops warm up to room temp. for 20-30 mins.
Heat a cast iron skillet over med-heat until hot.
Drizzle chops with olive oil then saute for 4-5 mins.
Turn then do same on other side.
