WE HAD A GREAT NIGHT!!!

Last night, my daughter received her graduation ring at a special ring ceremony. We can't believe that next year, she'll be graduating from high school!! Where does the time go?? Since Anthony doesn't have a car, we went to go pick him up so he could witness the special ceremony, which made our daughter very happy!

 

We were fortunate enough to pay off the balance in time for the ceremony, too, which at the time, we didn't know was going to happen! We hadn't seen the ring till last night and it's gorgeous!!! On stage, I had to fend off the tears as I placed the ring on her finger because the school had a photographer taking pictures of the event. The tears came afterward, though.

 

After the ceremony, Jostens had a pizza party for the ring recipients and their parents. There were so many people there that the pizza went pretty fast, so, since Natalie and her boyfriend love Subway, that's where we took them for a little celebration.

 

We're still in a celebrating mode, so, I'm making my daughter the meat loaf that she loves so much! I think it's the A-1 sauce that I put in it!!  :)

Fantastic. We have one graduating this year and I am so excited. We just discovered recently that grandchild #2 is on the way. This time it is our graduating student who has taken great hold of her own life . It is a great time to celebrate when they graduate, thing is...they fly the coops soon after. Congrats and glad you had a great time.

I love pizza myself. But, Subway is also delicious!
