Lindsay Lohan wants the world to know that she takes her sobriety seriously because she said so in a Tweet.
After reports came out that she fell off the sobriety bandwagon while she was out with former girlfriend Sam Ronson on Thursday night.
“The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate. I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend,” Lohan said.
As if she felt that didn't quite get the message home, she went on.
“i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L”
Lindsay, as much as your fans and the world might want to believe this last tweet, it's hard to do so. Your track record hasn't been the best, heck, it's almost been the worst that one can expect to have. In addition to your drug and alcohol issues you are now in the midst of a felony trial. Those that would not risk probation wouldn't be on trial for grand theft either.
Not to say that she's not being honest here, but the cards are greatly stacked against her.

However, there's only so long one can feel sorry for her upbringing. She's been told time and again at rehab and while on trial that these vices and behaviors are not right and still at her age she refuses to listen. She's an adult now, and she's capable to deciding what the right thing to do is.
