It is going to get a lot worse. A daughter & I were talking about that today. Families may have to double up for a while which will be very hard. Your private place is hard to give up and hard to share but we have to buck up and take it.
The fed needs to stop giving to the states and close a lot of fed programs. Those two things in themselves will cost a lot of jobs. There just isn't any other way to get through this.
I'm assuming my SSA will be hit, if not this year maybe next year. My other income is a state pension as I was a welfare worker. If Kansas goes into bankruptcy I'll be up a creek. I guess that means I'll have to be trusting God. Ha ha. I'm supposed to be doing that now :) Think of all the new friends we'll meet in the soup lines. Hmmmm, this is sounding kind of fun. NOT!
