I did learn about Chinese food and have more respect for it now - food is an art - filled with texture and colors - as you know and which I am slowly learning! Thanks Sonia. Salud
One of the major things I learned by reading The Last Chinese Chef is that "real" Chinese food is a form of art for all the senses
Have tried Marmite but don't care for it. - The mango chutney and soy sauces sound good though...;-)

BTW, I picked up The Baker's Aprentice today....I was mistaken. The book I had read of Judith's was Bread Alone and not the above....
