This week, on Californication, was a wild roller coaster ride. Moody is up to his usual inappropriate maneuvers and Eddie Nero (Rob Lowe) steals the show.
The photo of Moody, Mia and Sasha, which was taken in last weekÂ’s episode, shows up online. MoodyÂ’s attorney, Abby, gets a view of the photo and drops Moody like a bad habit. The plea bargain from the DAÂ’s office is off. Moody begins his childlike pleading with Abby but it doesnÂ’t work. Karen steps in to help get HankÂ’s attorney back, realizing that if she doesnÂ’t he may well be headed off to jail.
As a result of the photo fall-out Sasha says she no longer is going to act in MoodyÂ’s movie, but still wants to have a physical relationship, at least one more time. WhatÂ’s going to happen with this relationship?
Rob Lowe steals the show, as Eddie Nero an award winning actor. Eddie has been on the fence about playing Hank in the movie, but after seeing Hank in action defending his daughter at a tattoo parlor and getting a punch in the face from Hank, he decides to play the part of Moody in the movie. Eddie seems to think he understands HankÂ’s intentions in life.
Meanwhile, Marcy is called to a private home for a waxing job. When the client shows up, itÂ’s Stu BeggÂ’s. Marcy is not thrilled about the manipulation but she eventually gives in and tries to accept the affection that Stu has for her.
Finally, Abby shows up at HankÂ’s hotel lobby. They exchange words and Abby says she may have acted hastily on dropping Hank. The conversation becomes more than friendly and the two have a fling.
Where is all of this going? Is Marcy really going to allow Stu into her life, perhaps only because sheÂ’s pregnant? Is Hank going to get the legal help he needs? Stay tuned. Something interesting always pops upÂ…
