1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz Benedictine
1 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1 ea Egg raw
Sugar to taste
Nutmeg & ground cinnamon for garnish
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake hard without ice until your egg is well mixed with other ingredients.
Add ice then shake again for 10-15 secs.
Strain into chilled cocktail glasses then garnish with your nutmeg & cinnamon.
