Felony grand theft charges will be filed tomorrow (Feb 9,2011) against Lindsay Lohan at the Airport Court in Los Angeles, CA. Lindsay’s arraignment is at 1:30pm and her presence is required during the hearing. After waiting for a decision since the middle of last week, an answer has been provided today. Lohan is being charged with stealing a necklace from an L.A. jewelry store on January 22, 2011.The  necklace is reportedly worth $2500. Lohan claims that the necklace wasn’t stolen, it was borrowed.
