The Pacman Google Doodle is still popular today, despite the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea release this morning.
The Google Doodle changes for various holidays or events, like Black History Month, Valentines’ Day, or Veterans Day. Today, in honor of Jules Verne’s birthday, is a 20000 Leagues Under the Sea theme.
ItÂ’s interactive, but not to the level that the Pacman Google Doodle was.
Sure, it allows you to move a vessel in all directions and is full of trivia, but that's where the line in the sand is drawn.
Just ask anyone who grew up in the '80's about Pacman, and the look on their face is astonishing. It's a universal house-hold name that carries a lot of weight.
Back in May 2010, the Pacman Google Doodle celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Pacman game. You could actually open it in a new browser and play the game: 255 levels of Pacman!
Did you miss the Google Doodle and still want to play today? You can!
Haven't seen it yet? Check out the Pacman Google Doodle, here. Do you agree it is still the most popular Google Doodle today?
