It seems like everytime I eat out, and see, or buy something in the store, it has shrunk or been "downsized"! My local paper has been included, I think a couple of times! The size is so small now that if they cut it anymore I'll have to use a magnifying glass to read the print!! Really! We counted the pages of the TN Sunday newspaper (not including comics, ads etc., but the main "news" pages) and out of a 14 page spread we (hubby and I) found that ads were interspersed among 10 1/2 of those pages with 3 of those pages having FULL ads! Leaving of course if you are doing your math, 3 1/2 pages for ALL of our local news in the county! (and mind you, it's not really a small county!)
I realize that a lot of people have given up the "physical" paper for the internet version, but, come on, 3 NEWS pages!
I'd love to know how your local papers are!
Thanks,
JoyBlessng

My take.
The coupons are less than helpful. Many companies are getting coupons printed online, but yet many stores do not take the printed coupons from your computer.
The paper was noticeably thinner (especially for a Sunday issue), the ad inserts were not as many, there were no Sunday comics in my paper, an oversite, I don't know.....
But the one thing I do know..........
The cost of an actual Sunday paper was over 2.00! I think I'll stick to the internet for my news
