This time on Musicheads Bill is joined by Jill Riley and David Campbell to discuss some all new releases for 2011. Up for discussion are the first album of new material from Gang of Four in 16 years, plus locals, Tapes N Tapes and the funky soul of Fitz and the Tantrums.
The cast also wonders: "If you had to pick your all-time favorite musician/recording artist, who would it be?"

For me....Bob Mould. Was a huge fan of Husker Du in college and I've bought everything Bob's made with Sugar and a solo artist since. He just keeps putting out good music after all these years. It was a thrill for me to chat with him and get my picture taken with him after the Dakota show last year.

Kevin Gilbert. In my and many others minds, the greatest musical talent, at least in Rock and Pop music over the last 30 years. Simply put, the man was inhumanly talented musically. And he (or his work, memory and legacy) will likely always be like (a) god to me.
