Bears Lose (Sniffle)

I am sorry to say the Chicago Bears lost against the Greenbay Packers today.  They were playing against each other for a slot in the Super Bowl, so it looks like Greenbay will be going to the Super Bowl this year.

The Bears just didn't show up to play until the second quarter which was really good, and they put up a fight, but in the end it was Greenbay's victory.

The Jets are now playing the Steelers I really didn't know who to cheer for but my friend and I decided we would root for the Jets because Sanchez who is their quarterback is cute.  Is that a bad reason to pick a football team?  LOL

My husband was for Chicago because their coach is from Texas and that is where we live. y son was for Green Bay. I didn't care who won.

I don't follow football at all. We were just discussing this at dinner tonight though - I couldn't remember the 2 teams - The Bears and the Steelers. I told my husband that the only reason I knew anything about the teams was because it was all over the tv in the morning. It is all Regis and Kelly and Ellen DeGeneres seem to be talking about lately.

Sorry your Bears lost. How did the Jets do? I am in NJ and they are our team.

The Jets lost to the Steelers. So it will be the Packers against the Steelers in the Super Bowl.

I guess it just wasn't in the cards but they had a pretty good season. I think I'd rather watch them play in the snow though! Thanks for the update.

I wanted the bears and the jets to win. Good thing I am not regularly a fan of theirs as I suppose they would always lose with me rooting for them. And...picking a team by how cute the quarterback is sounds good to me. I may just have to do that for the superbowl!

I was rooting for the Bear and the Jets. Neither one. Now I'm rooting for Green Bay in the Superbowl. I do NOT like Ben Roethlisberger.
