I am not going to point you to some accusatory website that places unfounded,  indiscriminate and illogical blame on a single individual for millions of deaths because that would be absurd. Only fools would give a moment's thought to lending credibilty to something so utterly insane. I will, however, direct you to where it is proven that responsibility does lie, and with studies and statistics that prove it is so.
This is the single, most important reason that I have in many comments on Gather called attenpts to health care reform in this country nothing more than a shift of administrative responsibility from insurance companies to government agencies. It has nothing to do with reforming health care, but only with a shift in the decision making process for the very same or worse health care than we have now.
Iatrogenesis is the leading cause of death in America. Iatrogenesis is the term used for complications and problems resulting from medical error and wrong medical advice. It includes the sell-out of scientists conducting clinical trials for drugs right through to the more obvious liabilities like doctors amputating the good leg instead of the bad one.  They are all types of medical malfeasance causing the greatest harm, injury, and death to those under treatment in the current system of health care we have today, what we proudly term as the best system in the world.
I have read this complete book, Death by Medicine,  along with further research, studying many of the references cited. I was able to find an online, abridged version of the book here, but I would encourage anyone who wants to know what really needs to be addressed about issues concerning health care reform, real reform, to read this book.Â
Once you are armed with the facts, you will be much less likely to jump to silly conclusions that those with little to no real infomation at all are satisfied to regurgitate on blogs to place blame where it doesn't belong so others like them can join in a false sense of security that if enough of them deny the real truth, the real truth will somehow no longer exist. What you derive from news stories you see on TV, blogs from morons on websites like Gather, what you hear on the radio, read in magazines and newspapers, little tidbits they embellish that are themselves little more than sensational headlines that divert and hide the truth of the matter from the general population, satisfied with rumor, lies, and innuendo, is what keeps you ignorant and arguing matters of little consequence. It doesn't matter who administrates the health care system as long as it is the very same health care system we have today. It is the system itself that needs a total overhaul and until people understand that, our health care system is what should be named at the top of this website, except their numbers would be much higher.
