Guess what? His video worked. Craig Rowin announced on Wednesday that his dream came true. He said he is flabbergasted that somebody actually responded to his somewhat simple request. He has a notarized letter promising the $1 million from a man named Benjamin.
The mysterious Benjamin called Rowin and said, "Hi Craig, Benjamin here. I was hoping to catch you in person. I want to talk about how to make you a millionaire."
The generous benefactor liked RowinÂ’s YouTube video, which is why he decided to fund the comedianÂ’s dream.
On February 2, 2011 BenjaminÂ’s last name will be revealed at the money exchange. Rowin will meet his benefactor at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Manhattan to get his $1 million check.
It appears as if he plans to ensure that the money lasts him a lifetime. He has no plans of spending it frivolously. However, he is considering taking a limo to his job at The Onion on occasion.
Can you believe that all it took was for Craig Rowin to make the video below asking for $1 million, and then he got the money? That is pretty amazing. Do you think a video like this would work for you?
