Michelle Obama rocked an epic Alexander McQueen gown tonight at a state dinner in honor of President Hu Jintao of China.
This fashion statement was the most alluring of the evening, which is saying plenty given Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour was on hand to witness the First Lady in all her lovely glory.
Many sources, including CBS News, reported plenty of luminaries in attendance at the White House with Michelle Obama and her husband, the President of the United States. Among them were others who know style, like uber actress Barbra Streisand and Olympic ice skater Michelle Kwan.
Another person who is legitimately aware of what's in and what's out in the way of fashion, and who was also on the state dinner scene, was designer Vera Wang. One wonders what this expert thought of the colorful dress on Michelle Obama, who rocked Alexander McQueen fashion at the White House tonight.
Take a look at the photos of Michelle Obama here and weigh in. What do you think of her look as the First Lady wore a cutting edge designer frock designed by the late, great Alexander McQueen? Thoughts? Thanks.
