There are many reasons that people hate banks, first being: They are a necessary evil in todays world. But with the crazy fees and rules they have come up with these days...leaves most wishing for another way to handle the bills and online payments.
But the thing that irks me the most about banks, is shopping for a new one. I have always been open to changing my bank, although i have been with the same one since i got my first job. heres one good reason why: most banks offer some bonus for opening a new account with them, but have restrictions. one of these restrictions is almost ALWAYS "set up direct deposit" not one company i have ever worked for besides maybe Target (but didnt offer it to me) has Direct deposit. So in turn i dont get the alluring bonus, and usually this would also result in some sort of fee monthly. which to me...is crap.
since when did direct deposit become a "everybody has it" thing? because obviously...not everybody does!
grrr....thats my rant for the night....
