Sasha Alexander has had a couple of well-known roles on television dramas over the recent years. She spent two years on NCIS as Special Agent Caitlin Todd before her character was killed off on a rooftop, and more recently she is half of the team of TNT's drama Rizzoli & Isles with Angie Harmon.
Alexander & husband have a son
TVGuide has reported that Alexander (pictured right with Tori Spelling) gave birth on December 20th in Switzerland. What a nice early Christmas present for the family! She and her husband, Edoardo Ponti, a writer and director, have been married for four years. They now have two children: a daughter, Lucia, age 4, and their newborn son, Leonardo Fortunato Ponti.
The happy couple has released a statement: “We are so thrilled to welcome our little Leonardo. He’s a wonderful gift and we are all in love—especially the grandmas!”
Sasha Alexander has had guest roles on House and Dark Blue over the past couple of years. She has also starred in movies such as HeÂ’s Just Not That Into You, Love Happens, and Yes Man.
