Sixth Circuit rules that the government needs a warrant to search your email

.....Yipppieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

......Finally another hit to the homeland defense act.

...I am NOT against the government using a warrant to search e-mails of a suspect, but endless searching for keywords, like Osama Bin Laden, trigger their search engines like I just did. lol

...The federal Government does not need to see our e-mail or know our personal medical history. The second part still needs to be rectified.

...A government that fears their people needs to be replaced.

...I want America to remain the home of the free, not the enslaved for our protection land.

They should have to have just cause, as with any other search of property. I think most of us agree that we want a safe country. But "Big Brother" doesn't need to know every aspect of our business. However, some of the gov't websites make you agree to giving them access to your computer at any time before you can go on to the website (unless somtehing changed recently). It's that fine print that very few ever read... so be careful if you need access to a gov't website and maybe access it from the library! :)
