When I finally got an answer from them at 12 weeks after order, they told me they canceled my order because I had used bots. I emailed them right back and told them I have never used bots, didn't ghave a bot program on my comp, and I didn't even know how to get one. It took another 2 and a half months of them stalling and me emailling them weekly, before they finally sent me an email telling me they'd made a mistake and my order would be shipped in 5-10 buisness days. Well that same day I got another email saying its been shipped and would arrive wed. Today it arrived this morn and I got it up and running and its a nice little thing.
Now, I have to convince them my husband couldn't possibly be using bots since they cleared me and he uses same comp. But those things we ordered off of his account were suppose to be for christmas presents and now there is no way we'll get them in time, if it takes as long to clear him as it did me. My daughter is also having trouble with her account, but they haven't outright accused her, they just won't send the prizes until they are out of stock. We need them to outright accuse her so we can tell them she uses my comp and I have already been cleared.
But for now, I am just happy to get my comp and have my account vindicated. Oh, I did lose the binocular w/camera because its out of stock but my account had been recredited those tickets.
