Pictures of the Squirrel

I finally got the pictures to upload to Gather. Yay! So now you guys can all see my friend Squirrely.

The squirrel was munching on the bread under the A/C unit.

"What are you looking at?"

"Time to go home!"

"Bread is not enough. I still prefer my tree nuts!" ~ rustling, rustling, rustling...

I emailed these photos to my mom so she could show Kyleigh. My mom's comment was funny - She said, "If I couldn't see his fluffy tail, I'd think he's a rat!"

I gave him one last piece of bread before I left. I will miss him.

Terrific captures and she said it all! Did you watch ABC News tonight? Their last story was about England -- they're declaring war on the grey squirrels because they are decimating the native red squirrels. They're blaming America for the greys. I think it may be payback for them giving us the English sparrow and also starlings!! We had a bunch of doves hanging out in our bird feeding area today -- I think they're waiting while the storm passes. Thanks for posting these.

Hahaha, that would be a big rat! If you'd have known what her reaction was going to be you could have sent her the pictures with the title "MOM, Look what hubby has at his apt!" Lol, sorry, my sense of humor is a bit different than others! The pix are too cute, I love the one where he's looking right at you! Did your mom say what Kyleigh thought?

He is cute. I have some living in my attic right now. And I think one moved into my basement because I heard rustling under the bathroom floor last night and my cat was going nuts! LOL
