It seems that multi-platinum recording artist and all-around talented Justin Timberlake's foray into regular acting gigs isn't all fun and games. The actor, who recently starred in the mega-hit 'The Social Network' based upon the creation and troubles surrounding the social networking site, Facebook, is currently taking a "brief hiatus" from his role in the upcoming Sci-Fi thriller, 'Now', after an injury to his calf muscle occurred on set this week.
While FOX, the studio behind the film, has not released specifics regarding the injury or his prognosis, one can easily assume that it was not severe, as Timberlake will be up and at 'em for a press event for his soon-to-debut film, 'Yogi Bear', in which he voices Boo Boo, Yogi's lovable sidekick.
Justin was recently on Ellen to promote the film - and simply as one of her favorite guests (for which who can blame her?!) - and talked briefly about his future in music. The verdict? He's nowhere near done yet, but wants to focus on one thing at a time, and for today, he's focused on his acting career.
As much as we like seeing your devilishly handsome face on the big screen - and we do! - please return to the studio soon, Justin!
