Kate Gosselin won’t be Skating with the Stars, she’ll be interviewing them. She will be the on-going correspondent for the new skating show – a spin-off to the popular “Dancing With The Starsâ€, which just finished up Season 11. Kate Gosselin will do segments for “Entertainment Tonightâ€, with selected principals on the show, reveals Showbizspy.
The gossip site suggests she needs the job. As if thousands of other people don’t? Anyway, apparently Kate has used up the $200,000 she reportedly got from her own stint on DWTS, as well as the money she racked up on her reality show, which has been cancelled. And Jon doesn’t have child support money to throw around, so Kate is in a similar boat to single moms all over the country. Except – not quite.
Gossip has her living like the very, very rich, when she isn’t. First class flights, top-notch hotels, and even a haircut or two in the thousands. Is that plus tip? And hey, folks, raising eight kids does not come cheap. Even some of the real live “very rich†find themselves in a bind, when it comes to eight tuitions to private school, several nannies at once and, gulp, saving for college.
So Kate will be the permanent eye around the SWTS set – backstage and even in the restrooms (ladies, we presume) – but not on the ice, because she admits she can’t skate. Anyway, this probably means lots more time away from the kids. The show airs Mondays on ABC, but don’t look for it to last long. Which means Kate may soon be looking for another job.
