After what seemed like an eternity (it was only a week), we finally got the news back on my dad's most recent tests. He had a petscan on his lungs to see if the spot they found was cancer.
The results... BENIGN!!!
Finally, we can breathe just a little bit easier! It really is a great feeling knowing that my dad doesn't have to add another ilness on top of everything else that is already going on.
Thanks SO much for all your support, prayers, advice and well wishes. You are all amazing and my family really appreciates your thoughtfulness!

What a burden of worry that must have been to carry around and not know.
I am so happy to hear that you received good news. I bet your family is all feeling a sigh of relief. I am glad you will not be under so much stress now. I know how much you love your Father. :)
