She probably would've been fired anyway.
Susie Arons, executive vice president at Rubenstein Communications and Kanye West's media trainer, has quit today following the PR debacle that took place on 'The Today Show' last week.
After West sat though what he described as a "brutal" interview from 'Today' host Matt Lauer, in which he clearly "fell prey to on-the-spot provoking about some of his more outrageous career moments," Arons decided to call it quits, according to Time Newsfeed.
On West's 'Today' interview, Lauer opened up some old wounds with West, berating him with questions about his infamous "George Bush hates black people" rant during the Hurricane Katrina relief effort, and the "Imma let you finish" Taylor Swift VMA's nonsense.
While West is clearly 100% to blame for both outrageous acts of live lunacy, he has every right to place blame on his media trainer for the 'Today incident.
Arons clearly should've informed West that Lauer was planning his sneak attack, or at least prepared him to answer some questions about his past.
West has vowed to never appear on 'The Today Show' again, and canceled an upcoming 'Today' performance.
