I read an AP article the other day about a new Super Boy book (Superman: Earth One) that is now in the comic book market for Super boy reader fans. The new Super Boy is a brooding youth who wears a hoodie and sports a fashion sense that would put him in place with any hipster group across the world. They keep updating Super Boy and Super Man from its early beginning to fit the growing times and changing world and I’ve often wondered why they don’t do a comic book about a “Super Grandmaâ€.
Super Grandma would rescue all children from any perils of danger. She would hug all children everywhere and soothe away their fears. She would save all dogs and cats and other pets who find themselves in spots they didn’t intend to get in but can’t get out of. She would bake cookies in her super oven for all children to enjoy. She would dry the tears caused by a skinned knee. She would teach children how to love each other and not to bully. She would be kind and gentle with her super ways and maybe make a difference in our troubled world.Â
I think that whoever writes the Super Boy and Super Man comics of today should write a book about a Super Grandma. Orrrrr, maybe they already have and I’ve missed it. Did I miss it?

Super Grandma .... Rescue at the Pirates Cave.
For the Models Among us Group, there is a pathway to a pirates cave in the background of this picture. This months challenge for this group is "pathways". It's there, look real close and you will see it.

Wonderful Post!
I 'appreciate' you too.
Blessings,Friend!
We do need a super grandma hero cartoon and comic.
And you surely could be the person to do it.
How great it would be to have a hero/heroine that is more
realistic!!! Great idea, Lee.

Thank you for the compliment and for commenting, I appreciate it.
I think everyone here is in agreement. You won't know if you don't try. I think a loving woman to tend to the children , while Superman has no time for kissing and hugging, just saving lives.
Thank you for the sweet comment. I appreciate it.
