I have some chicken shredded and wanted to figure out what to do with it.
I found whole grain rice so I am going to cook some of that. Then I am going to add my California style vegetables to top it. They include broccolli, cauliflower and carrots.
Then I found some broccolli cheddar soup in the pantry that I figured I could mix with the veggies and I am going to add some green beans.
I am not sure how it is going to taste but it is going to be frugal and healthy and that is what matters these days.
I'll let you know how it tastes after supper. Feel free to share your healthy meals with me also.
