Our turkey chili for Sunday dinner after church was great! I had a really good taste to it and you couldn't even taste the difference that turkey was in it and not ground beef and I am so thankful I found this turkey meat on sale. It was white Honeysuckle 99% fat free white turkey meat that had been ground! It was really good.
I have switched to all wheat crackers, Ritz crackers, bread and flour so we are making a great effort to eat healthier.
For supper last night we had raw veggies and fruits with cheese cubes. We had a fellowship at church and some of our friends brought veggie and fruit trays and that is what we ate. Then we had popcorn so I think we are doing great!

My hubby has lost 13 pounds and I am so proud of him. He also walks 3-4 miles each morning. I am so proud of him.

But, I think you're changes are awesome! Congrats to your hubby! Isn't it amazing how much easier it is for men to lose weight?
Have you added any light weights to your regime? Light weights help the bones and provide protection against osteoporosis.... ask you doc!
