Target, alongside a handful of other retailers, have been on the forefront of fashion news by collaborating with designers to create affordable designer clothing. To celebrate their fifth year of collaborations, they have announced the Go International Designer Collective bringing back some of your favourite designers to their stores.
The new Target fashion line will feature 34 dresses from 17 of their past design collaborators. It will include dresses from Luella Bartley, Tara Jarmon, Paul & Joe, Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler, Libertine, Alice Temperley, Erin Fetherston, Jovovich-Hawk, Rogan, Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon, Tracy Feith, Rodarte, Zac Posen and Tucker. While there are some big name collaborators missing liking Alexander McQueen and Jean Paul Gaultier, the large range of designers should ensure there is a dress for everyone.
According to fashion bloggers the dresses will be on sale online and in stores from March 13 to April 10 (if they last that long). These collaborations always fly off the shelves before some of us even have a chance to pick our favourite styles.
