Denise Richards has "a lot of faith" in Sheen

Actress Denise Richards went on The Today Show to talk with Kathy Lee and Hoda about her new show - and her ex husband.

Yesterday, actor Charlie Sheen was involved in a hotel romp which ended with him in the hospital. Richards spoke about Sheen, but wouldn't give many details away about happened, saying she wanted to protect her daughters.

When asked about Sheen and what's going on with him in general, Richards said she has "faith" in Charlie. She's very determined to keep Sheen in her life and in the lives of their children.

Richards and Sheen seem to have a close relationship despite their divorce. Ever since Sheen and ex Brooke Mueller had their Christmas morning fight, Sheen has been closer to Richards, spending time with her and their daughters all together. We doubt there is anything romantic going on there, but Richards is rumored to want another baby and she wants it to be Sheen's.
